My current camera is Lumix 5 mega pixel. I want to upgrade to a higher resolution camera for printing big photos. I also want something that will replace my old MINI DV camcorder. What the the best options out there for a HD video capture and POINT and shoot camera all in one.
The most important part of this is my budget of less that 200 bucks. I was looking at the Kodak V1073, but the battery life scares me if i wanted to do a 30 minute video, i don't think it would last. |

You may want to browse through our Hybrid Still/Movie/MP3 Digicams Forum, where you'll find user reviews of some of the less expensive cameras capable of HD video capture and still images.

You might want to look at the Canon SD780 IS, but you would need to save your lunch money a little longer to pay it's $270 price.
