Go for the Lumix G7. It's one of the best "still cameras" for video, in it's price range.
Panasonic camera's are known to be good for video. I have the Lumix FZ1000, a bridge
camera and it takes excellent pics and video.
The G7 has a larger sensor and a choice of lenses.
Taking 4K video also lets you extract 8MP pics out of each frame. So you have pics and video in one take.

Not sure if you're just shilling for whatever that link you posted but the $6,000 flagship Canon 1DX doesn't fit the OP's $500-700 budget nor is it an entry level DSLR.
