Well you should look around and read some reviews.......
BUT this is my opinion: You should probably know of Nikon's quality because they make some of the best cameras out there. For the video, it has 30fps and can record as long as you would like it to until the memory card is full. With Nikon's 3 inch screen, even if you take dark photographs, they will look normal on the screen. I would go with the Nikon Coolpix S6 because, it has some little advantages over the Sony. It has a Wifi Connection, enabling you to do a lot of things. One thing it can do is wirelessly transfer images to a computer. The Nikon uses SD Memory Cards which are more common and you can use them in a lot of other things, but Memory Stick Duo's or Pro Duo's can only be used in Sony Products. I also think the Nikon would be your better choicebecause Nikon has invented technology, that can only be used on Nikon cameras, so you can improve the Image before and after actually taking the picture. This will make a lot of your photographs turn out better. Even if the picture is too dark or too bright, you can make it look normal again with this feature. The Nikon also has a feature in the camera that removes red eye, without even transferring images to a computer. Pictmotion technology is a slideshow feature on this camera that lets you select your best/favourite photos and it lets you choose 5 different tracks of music, or you could import your own from the Software it comes with. You can take great Macro shots with this camera, because it focuses from only 1.6 inches away from the subject. The Nikon's 3 inch screen has a 170 degree viewing angle so a lot of people can look at the pictures at a time. I personally think the Nikon is better because of the reviews I have read. Tell me if this helps.:-) shooting_rubber. |

Instead of what cameras you own, I want to know which of you is the best photographer - that's the bottom line. :-)
Also remember she can cut you out. |
