Recommendations for 2-channel camcorder

What SD flash camcorders are available with HD capabilities, digital still capabilities, AND include 2-channel stereo audio recording?

I've seen a few, but that only record MONO. I don't understand why, in this era of technology (HD, 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1 surround, etc.), why manufacturers aren't making the cameras at least capable of recording 2-channel stereo.

Any and all recommendations and reviews of performance welcomed.

There are tons of camcorders that record in stereo - every single decent cam on the market actually. Panasonic, Canon and Sony are the 3 best picks. Panasonic and Sony have 5.1 audio. My favorite camcorder review site is Camcorderinfo. They have a lot of in-depth info about all the best camcorders and they're usually quick to review the latest models also.
