I recently sold my Nikon 4500 which I've had for 3 years. I was disappointed in the shutter lag, non-friendly menus and low light focus problems. I did like the shooting options (shutter priority, aperture pr. and scene modes). What I want is a camera that can fit in my pocket. 4 MPs should suffice for my needs. None of the compact cameras I've seen offer shutter speed selection, though some have a "sports mode". I don't mind waiting if something is coming out soon that meets my needs. Any suggestions? No price limitations.

you may look into fujifilm's recently introduced F11.. same good high iso performance and chip and smal size as the F10 but adds aperture and shutter priority as well as a few other manual controls.. not sure of a release date on that one..
you may also check out casio exilim pro line, the 600 or 700.. they are compact and offer all the controls you would ever want.. ---------------------- dustin www.hardwickphotos.com |
