I personally own and use the Sony A-230 a lot. The optical viewfinder is a good deal better and larger than the viewfinder on the A-330. The A-230+kit lens+the Sony 55-200mm lens = a very good deal with a lot of bang for the buck. The Sony 55-200mm lens is very very good lens. Have a great day and a Merry Christmas. Sarah Joyce |

The Sony would still be my choice. While the A230 is nowhere near perfect, it's better than the Nikon D3000 and way better than the D60.
