Sony DSC-T1 Questions

I'm thinking of buying a Sony DSC-T1. I've see samples of videos shot outdoors which look great but was wondering if anyone has had experience in shooting videos indoors in a well lit room.

Also, I may have the chance to buy the camera on a business trip in south east Asia. Do cameras bought there have english menus in the camera and english documentation. Also I know the charger can accommodate any power source but is the charger plug physically different on cameras bought there. Lastly, has anyone had any experience with the Sony international warranty?
