Which one do you recomend?

I now have a nikon coolpix 2000, and i thinking to buy a new one.

I like the sony but the 3X zoom...

The panasonic sounds good but there are some problems with noise.. but it´s one of steves "best cameras"...

The A520.. it looks like one of the best choices....

Which one would you buy and why?

I buy the LZ1

for these reasons:

- 6x optical 24x with digital in a little cam

- OIS

- fast ( better time with flash / better at all with shutter lags etc... apart power up)

the lack of controls is of course something that i will regret a few times, but it is not greater than 10% of my shots with my film slr . I know that the difference of 4x to 6x optical will play at for 30 to 50% of my shots, great adventage.

and of course 4fps per sec....

Noise? I saw a lot of revieuw, and this is professionals words: panasonic don't go with the average approach of noise: sharper a little noisybut get a lot of details, and not so noisy if you compare shots....

not worse than many and better than many

, and it is a problem only if you want to print at large dim!

For the people, who prints in large about 10 times a year, this isn't a lost !, and this isn't cams for professionals who want to print in large dim's..... because 4mp

thus, noise won't be a problem . ( I'm always thinking that the professionals reviewers don't go always to the right place with the goal of a cam...

I'm waiting the carrier

good luk in your choice
