Default suggest me among these please !!!!

Canon Powershot SX 20 / Nikon Coolpix P90 / Olympus SP 590UZ /Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H50

hi.. I am planning to get a good digi cam with good zoom and clarity, burst mode and many other good features..
which among the above three is good.

if you have other models kindly do suggest.

also tell me which are good sensors.. CCD or CMOS ?

the Nikon is not a good choice, it is far worse than the others mentioned.

All around performance I like the Canon SX20IS (and the Panasonic FZ35 which I think you should look at as well), but the Sony is a good choice as well (albeit about a 1.5 year older model)

The Canon SX-20 is a top choice if you do not need high ISO settings. You also get the advantage of the hot shoe for an external flash. The Panasonic FZ-35 is a top choice/ It does a bit better than the SX-20 at high ISO settings, but it does not have a hot shoe. It is however, lighter and smaller than the SX-20 with equal image quality.

The Sony H-50 is a good choice if price is an issue. It has high ISO capability up to ISO 800 with good overall image quality.
