Default Which superzoom would suit my needs?

So, I'm looking in the market for a superzoom right now and I can't decide which superzoom to get. I've done a lot of research and just when I think that I have come to a conclusion as to which one to get, I find something better and now I don't know what to get. Here are some of the features that I want with my superzoom.

1. I want to be able to change the aperture to my likings.
2. Takes good sharp photos.
3. Has a zoom of at least 18x.
3. Takes good pictures when in a low light setting.
4. Has good and fast burst function.
5. Good video quality.
6. I'd like panarama, but it's not a necessity.
7. Has a POP-UP flash.
8. Good macro capabilities.
9. And has a lot of good useable features.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like the Panasonic FZ40 would just be perfect for you, as it meets all your requirements rather nicely. The FZ40 has a nice feature that you do not find on some of the competing super zoom cameras, it is called the High Sensitivity Scene Mode.

Here is a photo taken with the High Sensitivity Scene Mode at night using a 60w light bulb in a ceiling mounted light fixture, some 8 feet away. The camera used ISO 3200 and you also get to see the macro capability of the FZ40 at the very same time.

Trina the FZ40 is a good choice and the FZ35 is a excellent P&S Super Zoom also going for $240 at Adorama Camera I think...it's the best bang for the buck on the market now...
