Yeah, they offer those with the K7, I believe. The K200D was water resistant. Too bad they dropped it from the KX.

I don't think waterproofness is going to be an issue in a cave. Almost any DSLR can stand up to drizzle for a short period and certainly some dampness for a few hours. The weather-resistance comes into play when you're shooting in the pouring rain (or under Niagara Falls as I've done). As shoturtle says, the cave wall drawings wouldn't have held up so long if it was that damp. Weatherproofness is certainly nice, but if I was interested in a K-x, I wouldn't allow that to be a deal-breaker.
