Upgrading.. Your Suggestion.... And Why?

Hi all..

I'm novice and casual photographer. Mostly i shoot full body portrait/kids. I loved shallow dof very much and i also shoot in low light indoor. I also like to take short HD movies (2-3 min/clips).

I've been using 550D/T2i + 18-135mm kit lens + 50mm f1.8 prime + speedlight Nissin Di622 mark 2. I've decided that i only need 1 fast zoom lens (general use) and 1 fast prime lens (low light & shallow dof). I've sold my lenses and now i want to upgrade my equipments and have two way to go A or B...

550d/T2i + speedlight Nissin Di622 mark 2 + Sigma AF 17-50mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM + Sigma AF 30mm F1.4 EX DG HSM

B
D7000 + speedlight SB-700 + Tamron AF 17-50mm F2.8 XR Di II (non-vc) + Nikkor AF-S 35mm F1.8G DX

Both option costs me about same price here and in my country no option for rent either camera body or lens . For option A i will get very good lens but get consumer body and speedlight. For option B i will get good lens and prosumer body and speedlight. (lower noise at high iso, AF fine-tuning, better speedlight)

I've around 3-4 weeks before i make my final decision... TQ
