Alright, I'm looking for at least a 6MP that has a good zoom, takes a picture as fast as i can hit the button, and that can be set to take pictures every 3 or 4 seconds. All that keeping in mind that i only have about $350 to spend.

If you're willing to lose a MP then I'd suggest the Kodak P850.

-It has 5MP
-It probably can't take pictures QUITE as fast as you can press the button (no $350 camera can), but if you turn off the instant preview and buy a high speed memory card then you can take pictures pretty fast.
-It has 36-432mm lens (which is 12x zoom)
-It has full manual modes, (PASM)

All in all, it's just an awesome camera, I would highly recommend it. And I paid $350 Canadian for it at a big retail store. Which means you should probabably get it for way cheaper. It also has a new model out called the P712 with 7.1MP.

I would look into those two.
