If you don't like noise, don't even consider a Panasonic. I speak from experience we have owned more than one, they keep promising, but never deliver. With nearly every model, if you look you will see noise even at their base ISO's, never mind at low light ISO's.

Steve40, I'm not saying a Panasonic is a perfect camera and not even saying it's the best for me but when you consider noise you have to compare a camera, such as the FZ35, with another model of its category. Does a Panasonic superzoom have more or less noise than other brands?
