Welcoming all opinions on a new camera

I am vacationing soon and don't want to lug my DSLR all over Italy and through the airport as I'm trying to travel light. So, I'm looking for a new camera...maybe a 'bridge' camera?...something smaller than my DSLR but takes knock-out pics. I would like it to have GPS capabilities, take beautiful low-light photos (evening scenes, etc), and have a nice zoom...oh, and optical stabilization, too. Wi-fi would be nice, but not an absolute must. Any suggestions? Am I asking too much? :)

Doesn't the new Fuji X30 meet all of your requirements?

For good performance in low light, you need a fast lens. The 1" 20MP sensor Sony RX10 ($998) ("24-200mm" f/2.8 lens, WiFi, but no GPS) and the 1/2.3" 12MP sensor Panasonic FZ200 ($598) ("25-600mm" f/2.8 lens, no WiFi or GPS) both have large aperture lenses. They're about the same size, but the Sony is heavier. According to DxOMark, the Sony has about a stop and a half advantage over the Panasonic with regard to both image noise and dynamic range.

Thanks!

Thank you both for such quick responses! I will be researching these 3 cameras tonight!

"Smaller than a DSLR".... does that not really rule out a bridge camera...?
A "nice" zoom.... I assume you mean "long"...?
If bridges are acceptable (and the zoom is a must) Sony RX10, Panasonic FZ1000 or the FZ200.... in that order for IQ (best first, though close call between RX10/FZ1000)- and in reverse order for length of zoom...!

In the interests of keeping things small...(sacrificing zoom)
Sony RX100 mkIII, Fuji X20/30... or maybe something in the middle- Olympus Stylus 1...

"Smaller than a DSLR" doesn't necessarily mean "smaller than a dSLR body and kit lens"; it might mean "smaller than a dSLR body together with all the associated lenses in my kit."

Panasonic FZ1000 without hesitation,
It's got everything you need but same size has a dslr
