less than 1/10th sec shutter lag

very low chromatic abberation

hmmmm....will it be the new Lumix Fz50 (without CMOS though)

I really don't think that the Panasonic FZ-50 will fullfill your dreams. The consumer DSLR cameras come a good deal closer to filling the bill.

The new Sony Alpha and the new Nikon DSLR camera to be introduced in August, will be using that 10+mp CMOS imager.
