Default What camera should i buy

Looking at the Nikon D5000 and Nikon D90
what are the pros co cons of both
do either of these cameras have external audio inputs?

The D90 is the better camera. I will let you have full access to all lenses made by nikon and 3rd parties. Also it has a better autofocus system. So if you take action shots. The camera will be able to keep up with the movements. Con's The camera is on the pricy side.

D5000 is small and compact. Has the swiveling LCD. Con's limit to lenses with built in Auto Focus motors if you want them to auto focus, so the lenses are more expensive then non motor lenses, not the fastest AF system if actin is your thing.
