are these two cameras the same other than their price and the 1.2 MP difference? i really like the z120, but i dont think i can afford it so i was thinking about the z110.

The z120 has a large 1/1.8" CCD while the z110 has a small 1/2.5" CCD. A larger CCD usually means less noise and better image quality. Here in Germany the best price for the z120 is 199€ and the best price for the z110 is 192€. Clearly the z120 is the far better value. Even if the z120 would cost 30 % more, I still would prefer it. Casio like many other manufacturers essentially stops using 1/1.8" CCDs because the costs are too high. The expensive z850 is the sole exception.
