z20 or v3?or wait for the later H series from sony?

hi...i'm looking into the panasonic z20 for it's ultra zoom capabailities..then again..i heard that it's pretty bad for low light focussing and it misses most of the time...is it true?

as for v3..i heard it was pretty fast and produces sharp images..my friend had a v1 and it was fantastic..but of course...the disadvantage is lack of the ultra zoom lens..

i like a nice camera, convenient enough to bring around, fast enough to capture what i want..sharp images...good macro and ultra zoom capabilities would be a bonus though not a must...and also of course manual controls so that i can play with it..
