Sanyo C40 @ the Shack. I agree with isusanin. Best bang for the buck + you can edit the video's with VideoStudio 10. If the editing is done correctly the DVD output is acceptable. RadioShack has a good return policy as well.


The Samsung line (e.g.Samsung SCX105L) with the extra video device you can strap to a helmet are neat items; however, the video is only acceptable if played from the unit. If played from a computer or converted to a DVD the output is poor. I spent many hours (days) trying to make this work right and used about 5 different conversion pograms. Samsung uses a funky codex called Sedg. Also I have heard the extra video device only captures in 320x240- something like that.
