This is something I will use to just to carry arround that has a manul and aperature priority mode. I want it to write to some sort of lossless file format, extra points for wider angle lense. Most of my shots will be of architeture and marine "land scapes" like marinas and boats.

I'm considering the Olympus SP-350, slow writes but the close out prices are attractive and has the ability to add the .7 lense reducer and the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2, more than I really want to spend but the 4:9 aspect ratio makes the lense wider

Any others that I should look at?

It might be bulkier than you want, not a compact, but you might consider the Kodak P-880. It has the RAW/Tiff and a good wide angle.

Also you might look at the Olympus SP-320, which replaced the SP-310. The processor is a bit newer than the SP-350, so it can take advantage of the type H cards, which can speed things up a bit (but still on the slow side). Not sure why they haven't updated the SP-350 yet.

The Olympus SP 310, 320, and 350 are much smaller in size than the Kodak P-880 camera.
