I'm looking for a (compact) camera with interval shooting option (time-lapse/intervalometer).

The camera must be able to automatically take a photo once every 1 minute (preferably even more often) for an extended period of time - without being connected to a computer.

It must also be able to take at least 300 consecutive photos (preferably limited only by card capacity).

An external power adapter option would is preferable, but not necessary.

Any suggestions as to what (current) camera I should get?

PS: So far I've come up with Nikon S5/S6/S7c and Pentax W20 as possible candidates. Anyone having experience with the interval shooting modes of these cameras?
