Hi,
I go to a lot of car shows, which involves static displays, drag racing and drunken camping :?
So, due to the drunken camping bit i'm after a cheap ultra compact as a second camera. as i tend not to take or get my other camera out
I'm not fussed about zoom 3x will do, good battery life would be good, Macro would be a bonus. Size and price are the main things really....i guess a half decent photo would be good
So far i'm looking at the Sony w35 anyone got any other ideas?

Take a look Steve's "The BEST Cameras" lists and check the Compact Camera and Entry Level camera lists. The Kodak C533 is on both lists but I'd read the reviews of cameras on bothlists asmy starting points.

Thanks,
I have looked at the C533 but it seems a bit chunkier

The entire V Series of Kodaks are smaller than the C533 but they cost more. My sister has one (one of the dual lense model) and she is reasonably satified. Many of the Olympus Stylus (weather-proof) series cameras are smaller than the C533 and some may get down to the price range you're interested in. My organization has about 300 of various models and they have been reliable. The Sony Steve suggest as a pocket camera is the W50.
