Kodak Z712is or Fuji Film S5800?:roll:Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Karl-
Without knowing what you like to take photos of, it is hard to make anything other than a generalization. From my point of view, because the Z-712 has 12X optical zoom and IS, or Image Stabilization, and the Fuji 5800 does not have IS and only 10X of optical zoom. I would have to say that the Kodak Z-712 was the better choice, based on having no real knowledge of your photography habits.

Thank you Sarah.

I'd always use the macro mode while Kodak Z712is is weak to take a close-up shoot. Fuji S5800 has no IS. You know, I am a newbie. It's hard to hold such a camera stably. So it's hard to make a choice.
