My wife has a Sony DSC-S700 Cyber-Shot compact camera. Takes nice photos but doesn't have a viewfinder.
Taking photos in daylight bothers her because she can't see the LCD screen.(Sunlight washes it out).

Anyone know of a digital compact that has the viewfinder and LCD screen??

Many thanks,
Bill B. (Michigan)

Almost all P & S cameras has a viewfinder. Above mentioned models are very nice cameras, you will be satisfied with any of them, but don't forget that taking photoswith viewfinderat p&s models is much more different than at DSLR.

At one time most P&S cameras did have optical viewfinders, but no longer. Most have only LCD screens, especially the smaller ones.
