I am a trying to decide between the Canon SD850 and the SD950. Is there really a lot of functional difference between the two, besides the 8 vs 12 Megapixel size?

Does the larger sensor (1/1.7 vs 1/2.5) of the SD950 make a large difference?

Does the slightly more powerful flash of the SD950 make enough difference in the real world?

The Titanium of the SD950 is supposedly stronger, but does that really mean it the camera itself will stand up to more rough treatment, or just that the skin will stay better looking?

Are there downsides to the SD950 vs choosing the SD850, if price were not an issue? (Street price about $360 vs $260.) The SD850 has a slightly better telephoto and macro focus. Significant?)

And finally, in buying SD card memory for one of these cameras, am I paying for nothing to get the 150X versions or even the 80X versions? I notice that the SD950 will accept MMC Plus Cards and HC MMC Plus Cards while the SD850 does not. Is that significant?
