I started out with a Canon Pro90 IS (great camera , got alot of use out of it). I wanted something with better video quality so I went to a Sanyo Xact HD. While it does take great video and stills it is almost impossible to use in low light situations. Maybe I want the impossible but, I take more still picts. than I do video but is there a better "combo camera" out there ? :?

You might want to take a look at the Fuji F-20, F-31, or F-50 cameras. They are capable of very good high ISO photos.
