Hi all,

I want to experiment with HDR Photography. I know I need a camera that will do exposure bracketing. Can anyone recommend a small camera ( I don't want a SLR type camera) that can do this. I'd like reasonable zoom (6X or so). It is ok to recommend an older model as there is a wealth of used cameras available.

Thanks to all,

Ian

Anyone have any recommendations? What were the best cameras of the last few years that may have exposure bracketing?

Thanks!

The Canon G9 has AEB, and a lot more features/options to help in capturing your image.

You will also need an HDR software package. One I've seen mentioned lately is Photomatix. I haven't tried this yet with my G9, but I'm considering it.

canon "s" (zoom) or "g" series cameras should have bracketing. my S1 IS does. though they are small compared to slr's, they are not pocket cameras.
