. Compatible with SD card

. My budget is $ 300 to 420

Thank you very much!

I would also suggest the Canon ELF series cameras. The suggested Canon SD890IS is one of Canon's ELF line. I have had an old SD500 for 5 years now, and the only improvement would be the addition of image stablization which the Canon SD890IS has. It is the size of a deck of cards, fits into a shirt or pants pocket easily and goes anywhere. The pictures are great and the video is too (from coming from a point and shoot). I do not think you can go wrong here.

Hope that helps!!!!

I honestly believe that the previous suggestions of the Sony W-150, the Canon Sd-890 IS, and the Fuji F-100 fd are better choices.

I'm using my Fuji F31 for nearly 2 years, I still think very good compact camera. I think F100 shd be quite a good camera, as 5x optical zoom, rather better ISO performance compare to other brand.

I had the Canon SD890IS and was quite disappointed in the image quality. If you can live with a 3x optical zoom (instead of the 5X in the 890IS), I found the Canon SD790IS to be a much better camera --- better image quality indoors and outdoors, much sturdier build, and about $50 cheaper too.
