Hey ya'll

I'm looking for a cam for my parents and it has to small, quick and first of all easy to use as they are not very good at any electronics at all.

My budget is about 250$ at tops. And I've been looking at these 6 options. Which one would you suggest being the right choise for me?

The cams I've found:
Canon Ixus 80 is
Fujifilm Finepix 480
Fujifilm Finepix F50fd
Canon Ixus 70
Nikon Coolpix S210
Sony DCS W120

Plz suggest others if you know one that might be the right one.

Thanks

Also look at the Olympus Stylus line of the cameras especially the ones that are weatherproof. They can set it on auto or anti shack mode and shoot away plus it has good quality video mode as well.

The Kodak Z-712 is currently selling for $(US) 169.00. It is very simple to use. It takes excellent photos and offers up to 12X optical zoom, IS and 7.2mp. That sort of fits your objectives perfectly. It is quite capable. The first photo was taken in the Star Trek Museum in Las Vegas. The Second Photo was taken in my neighbor's yard.

Looks nice the kodak you suggested but it has to be one of the very small ones. It has to fit in a pocket. which of the ones I listed du you prefer, I also looked at the Pentax Optio v10 today at the shop. But it is hard to decide

If you must have a small camera, the Sony W series cameras are good overall and particularly good (for a point and shoot) indoors without a flash, though the best low light small camera out there is the Fuji F100fd, which is above your budget limit.

Look around and see if you can find a Fuji F-20 or F-40, they would be less expensive and they are still out there.
