The new Nikon P90 ultrazoom (24x optical zoom) has a similar tilting LCD.

No, but it has plenty of useful options.

All three cameras have useful features. I believe the most important factors are:
1. Image quality, and
2. Ergonomics

I've been looking around for an ultrazoom for awhile now and haven't been 100% happy with any.

The more I find out about the newer ultrazooms, with 24x and 26x optical zooms, the more skeptical I am about them. Their ultra-long lenses make them too heavy and more prone to distortion.

Right now, my favorite ultrazooms are probably the Sony H50 and Panasonic FZ28, followed by the Fuji S8100fd, Olympus SP565UZ and Fuji S2000hd. I think they have the best combination of picture quality, small size, features, and good ergonomics.

The Canon SX10is would be my number 1 without a doubt if it were 150 grams lighter but it's just too big and bulky for my taste.
