Default What camera?

I'd like to ask if a cam with those 3 essential (for me) requirements exists or, if you know, will be produced anytime soon or late from now.

1. Weatherproof (like canon D10 or olympus though or better)
2. HD video recording (full-hd or hd-ready, not just 640x480)
3. a lot of Megapixels (more than 10)

thanks!

Canon EOS 5D Mark II sample video clips

Nikon D90 and Pentax k7d have "only" 720.

Clearly the video occupy a lot of space so even using high capacious cards you can't store much video.

Also is inconvenient to handle a photo camera for a video.

Then there is the issue of a more professional microphone, etc.

However if you have a high budget you can play with this feautures.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 and the Pentax Optio W80 meet your stated requirements.

The Pentax K-7 has weather sealing. I wouldn't go diving with it, but I've used the earlier K20 in both snow and mild rain, as well as dusty conditions. It's video is 1020x720 as was brought up above. 14 mp. Stabilization in the camera body.

Olympus E-3 is weather resistant. IIRC Olympus lenses are as well.
