Many thanks, Suzie-

This is a short 17 day contract, so it should not be bad at all. The largest evolution is always getting packed and everything ready. We will be back home again on 09/26 or 09/27. On 9/28 we begin teaching for our Community College.

Have a great day.

littlejohn-

The server for this website was having problems last night (09/09) and was not accepting uploads. It was fixed overnight and I just attached the photos again (09/10 0445) and they attached just fine. We apologize for the delay.

Have a great day.

Hi folks-

Since I'm new to photography, I thought I should get some books. I got this book so far as my local book store had it.

http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Photog.../dp/0756636728

I want to get this book also.

I am sad to say it looks like the lower priced deal mentioned in the post above is now replaced with this slightly less great deal I have seen here. As both were from the same seller.

The SD 790 for $21.00 sounds like a real deal. I am sorry to hear that your kit from Adorama is back ordered. Buterfly had the A-230 camera and Sony kit lens at $403.00, and they had stock and shipped immediately.

Hi Sarah, I've been checking those sites out, but I don't think they're authorized dealers...

I bought the Canon xsi about a month ago, and I love it, but that was before Sarah Joyce reviewed the Sony! The Canon xsi was $650 when I bought it. I am certainly not trying to steer you away from the Sony, but just thought I would mention Amazon because they have a great return policy, (30 days).

Sarah Joyce, I am still learning from your book, and I hope you and Bradley have a safe and fun trip.

Suzie
Thanks Suzie...the prices i mentioned are canadian so I need to calculate the 'other costs' brokerage etc...

Sarah has a book???
