Default Sub $250 camera

Can any one please help me, advise me on which camera I should buy?
Here are my criteria:
1. Should have atleast 3x optical zoom, don't care about digital zoom, since they are not much of use.
2. Macro mode will be great.
3. Will mostly shoot landscapes, but occassionally shoot indoors as well (but flash is not mandatory). May shoot videos once in a year or so (but not mandatory, again).
4. Most important : my budget is around INR 15000/- or roughly $250.
5. No second hand camera, don't have faith in second hand electronics really.
6. Colors must be as natural as possible.
7. High megapixels will be appreciated but not a basic requirement .
Preferred brands are Sony, Panasonic, Kodak - since they have a good service network in India. But may go for other brands too if they are available in the local market (can't shop online, no credit card )
Thanks

A few months ago I was looking for a camera with almost the exact same requirements.

I ended up going with a Sony W290, and I couldn't be happier. I picked it up from Amazon for $220 with no tax and free shipping.

Its 12MP, 5X Optical Zoom, 3" Screen, Shots HD 720P Video, Great Battery Life, Vivid Color Mode.
