Default Need new camera

I have a easy share Z612, at a concert I was taking pictures on the singers on the stage and all were dark. I had to adjust the light on the pC afterwards. Next to me was a lady with some Nikon coolpics camera and all her pictures were perfect and bright. I can't find any settings on mine to change and probably will purchase a NiKon. Is there a special digital camera that will take pictures of the stage area from the seats and have the proper light? Thanks

The problem with the Kodak Z-612 was that it was not designed to shoot in a low light level environment with numerically high ISO settings.

The equally easy to use Kodak Z-1012, which is still available on E-Bay for around $(US) 230.00 is designed for that kind of low light pholto environment, anc can easily use ISO settings up to and includint ISO 800.
