Default Something really tiny - good in low light -with HD

I'm looking for something really tiny, budget up to $300 / 200, needs to be good in low light (without flash!). HD video would be nice.

I'm thinking of the Sony DSC-T90. What else should I look at?

Many thanks,

I don't know if you would consider the Panasonic FX40/48 tiny enough. But I would choose that HD ultracompact for low light over the T90.
