mtclimber, I took some pictures today, but I am not satisfied.
I think the pictures might be a little on the dark side, even in
full sun. I used Intelligent Auto Mode, so I don't know if that
made a difference or not. I also used the smaller picture
setting for sending pics in e-mail. I thought it might save me
from having to resize them later. I took pics of flowers and
big yellow machines.

I don't know if taking the pics in a larger format would help?

I am going to take some more pics tomorrow. Hopefully they will come out better.

Manti-

I would try shooting your photos in the "P" or Programed Auto mode and see if you can get better results. I would also use full size photos and re-size then as necessary with your computer.

If the photos are still too dark, when using the programed Auto mode try adding some plus Exposure Compensation. Then let me know your results please.

Thanks for the advice, mtclimber, I will try that tomorrow. I can take about 50 more photos before I am over the limit for a return. I bought from an online dealer.

Thanks, Manti

If you could post a sample photo of tomorrow's (06/01) photos that would also be very helpful.
