Default zs3 zs5 zs6 or zs7??Please help me make the best choice

HI!..I have learned so much by reading this blog...I wish knew about photography as many of you guys that I find answering almost every question out there..
I need help deciding which camera to buy since my old sony died.
I dont want dslr.
Point and shoot with the best picture quality possible (1-10 scale a 10) on a $350 budget.
Optical zoom at least 7x.
I have 2 girls, a 22 month old baby and a thirteen year old who is always involved in some activity at school or getting awards for academics.
I would love to have pics and videos of both of them to print for my in-laws and videos and pics to send via email to my family in Argentina.
We travel very often so lots of pics outdoors..
HD video.
No samsung.
Thank You

The ZR1 is a great little camera that meets all your need listed, and it is sub 200 dollars. Great pocket camera.

wouldnt the zs series be better since they are the newest models?
I was really confused and didnt know which ones was the best and the diff between the ZS 3,5,6 and 7. why would the zr1 be better than any of these?

Would I get a better camera on the ZS for the difference on the price or is just a slight diff?
I don't mind spending extra if that would give me more and better options at the time to take pictures or videos
