Default manual flash controls

One feature I suddenly realized I'm going to miss if I don't have it is manual control of the flash levels. I use this quite regularly on my S3. Then again, it is sort of easy to cover the flash a little with one's finger on the camera's I've been considering (ZS3/ZS7) but wouldn't in-camera controls be nice!

This brings me to ask, can anybody recommend a feature search tool similar to what dpreview offers, but without the white text on black background-- lol. I am afflicted with the worst eyestrain! I know dpreview is a respectable website but the white-on-black is killing me.

The built-in flash is fully controllable on the Panasonic ZS3/ZS7 cameras.

Ok, guess I'll have to break out the manual.. I think I've gone through all the camera menus and haven't seen anything that lets me adjust the flash levels specifically.

I don't see anything in the manual either that lets me set a numeric value to the flash output. It looks like if I learn what all the scene modes do, this would be a good work-around though.
