I would get the ep2 with the kit lens 14-42mm, add the panasonic 45-200mm for a good long zoom, and the panasonic 20mm 1.7 for low light shooting.

If you need a wide angle, the olympus m. zukios 9-18mm for 550 dollars, and a flash.

The panasonic 45-200mm is about 290 dollars. The 20mm 1.7 is 360 dollars.

Are you into macro photography? flower and small things.

If so,

I would go with the olympus 50mm f2 or olympus 35mm f3.5 with a m4/3 to 4/3 adapter. The panasonic macro is 800 dollars for the 45mm 2.8 for micro 4/3. Again it is has lecia glass. But very expensive.

50mm is about 400 and the 35mm is around 190 dollars. The adapter is 120 for the panasonic one and 170 for the olympus one. They work exactly the same.
