Default Compact Zoom Camera with Good Flash

We have had continuing requests for compact zoom cameras with a reasonable Flash Range. Flash Range is the distance measured in feet from the camera to the subject. So I have been searching and I think I found a candidate.

This photo was taken indoors at a Flash Range of 15 feet. We got reasonable exposure and no aggressive NR (noise reduction) that deteriorated the image quality. And that is pretty remarkable.

Is that motion blur? If so, why is it only on one side of the image?
