Default Simple Point And Shoot for $200

HI, I am looking for a point and shoot that is small and will fit in a pocket for as close to $200 as possible. I will never change any settings and all I will ever do is turn it on and take pictures.

From reading online I have been looking at Cannon SD1400, Nikon S6000, and the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-ZR3. I have seen all of them for close to $200 on sale.

By the way a few years ago I was looking for a camera and my bro-in-law talked me into an Olympus C8080 which takes great pics but is to large for me, I never bring it anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

GDR-

Welcome to the Forum. We're pleased that you dropped by.

The Panasonic ZR1 suggestion at Costco is a good one.

I don't have a Costco membership but I got the ZR3 for $230 including tax and shipping at B and H. Thanks for the replies.

GDR-

How about a Kodak Z-915 then. You often find it on sale for $99.00, usually around $129.00. It has 10X optical zoom and it is high ISO capable as well. Its a pretty good little camera.

Good choice! I love mine as my carry-with-me-everywhere camera. I don't it's capable of taking a bad picture.
