sandeepsaman-

Regarding your dream camera: Yes, I agree that those are very nice thoughts, but they seem rather detached from the actual momentum and pricing of the worldwide camera market.

Yes Sarah I know presently it is not available. Now i am 24 years old .till my son will become 24 then surely such kind of camera will emerge in market . In my opinion the cameras who are some how close to this configuration is Samsung WB2000(TL 350 ) which is going to launch in coming days or Panasonic FZ35 (I know it is bigger in Size)

A 300mm equivalent focal length lens for a 1/1.7" image sensor would have a focal length of about 67mm. In order for a 67mm lens to have a maximum aperture of f/1.4, it would need a pupil diameter of 48mm, or almost two inches. That's just how large the diameter of the objective element would be, not how long the lens would be. That lens, all by itself, won't fit in your pocket, let alone cost less than $200.

It ain't gonna happen.
