Default panasonic zs5

I bought the panasonic zs5 and a lot of the background on the indoor photos were red. Any ideas why this would happen

It's what the camera does unfortunately. The same for the ZS1, ZS3, etc.

Instead of AWB, use incandescent and shift the WB fine tuning to blue a few notches. Experiment to see how many but if I remember right, mine is set between +2 and +4.

If you do that, make sure you save your settings in one of the Custom modes and then reset the WB back to normal or you will end up with images that have a bluish cast to them (particularly if the shot is taken in the shade).

Yes, true Tullio. I have mine saved in a custom slot for indoor usage.
