Default in search of little camera that does HD video under 130 Bucks or less

Hello everyone
i'm looking to buy a nice camera with HD video for around 130 dollars or less.. Can be used or refurbished i don't really care.
Finepix Z70 kinda caught my eye

i saw some clips on youtube and i have to say i was impressed! It zooms while records... auto focuses too. I'm no pro so from what i saw i was impressed.

You would have more features and more zoom with the Kodak Z-950 at $115.99.

I have one and just purchased the second Kodak Z-950 today (07/21) as it appears that this price might only be temporary.
I will use it as a Christmas gift for one of our daughter who really likes to take a lot of family photos.
