Default Which camera is best?

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody could help me, I want to buy a camera but dont know what one.
I want to buy something like a dslr but more like the fujifilm hs10.
I have only ever used my brothers sony dslr, but i want to start with my own. I am only 16 so have plenty time to buy a dslr in the future

Have you any suggestions about cameras (The maximum money would be 450 euro) and what do you think of the fujifilm hs10
Thanks

While all modern digital cameras are very good, some are better at some things than others. So the key piece of infformation, when suggesting a camera that you'd be happy with, is this:

What do you want to shoot?

I Have a keen interest in photography so thats why i was thinking about the fujifilm HS10 or something like that

I like that the Fujifilm HS10 has a long zoom on it also!

The HS-10 is an excellent camera that will take good photos out of the box. However, for you to take excellent photos, you will need to spend some time with it and ask questions in the Fujifilm forum here at Steve's.

trish-

Welcome to the Forum. We're pleased that you dropped by.

Gary's post is right on target. The Fuji HS-10 would be a great camera to start your learning of photography.
