Default Need help choosing camera

I would like suggestions on choosing a new point and shoot camera. I really like a view finder. I have trouble with the LCD in sunlight. I would like at least 10 mp and some zoom. I take lots of landscapes on trips, but also want good pictures of family. I also like to keep my camera in my pocket or purse.
I have been reading about a Canon Powershot SD 780, but some reviews said the view finder is too small to be useful. I was also looking at the CanonPowershot G11, but it is twice the weight of the camera I have now, so it might be too large. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

well the G11 takes very good photos. And one of the best in image quality with the larger 1/1.67 sensor. But like all the other optical view finders it gives you about 75% of the actual frame that the camera takes. And all the other point and shoots out there that have EVF's are even larger then.
Super Frequent Flyer, no joke. Ex Patriot and loving it.
