those 3 dslr cost almost the same.
but ofcourse they got some little differences.
even thought I dont know which differences are the most important, and so which camera I should buy

Hi and welcome to give good advice we need to know what do you shoot what camera are you coming from.
What I would do is go to a shop and try each one see how they feel this may alter your selection.

If you have used the nikons before then you may feel that thats the way you wish to go remember you are buying into a system so look at what lenses are available. You would need some sort of tele zoom for the wildlife nature if you mean landscapes then wide is nice but if you want real close up then a macro is needed. I would start with a body and kit lens the canon 18-55 isnt a bad lens.
As I said before go try the canon see how it feels compared to the nikons.

What are the things you take photos of, in it is action, go with the canon. But for landscapes, family, and travel all will work fine, and you will most likely not notice a differences with the kit lens or lens.

If you want to shot HD, the canon does that better currently over the 2 nikons.

I see you want to shoot macro. Are you planning to invest in a macro lens? If not the canon with the kit lens 55-250 and a canon 500D conversion lens will give you better macro results then the nikon 50-200mm with a 500D conversion lens.

question are you set on nikon and canon, or is it a price factor.

If it is a price factory, also take a look at the pentax k-x if it is available in your area.
