Well, I went ahead and bought the E-620. I'm afraid I haven't taken long enough to really research this, but returns through Amazon shouldn't be too problematic if I don't like how it works. Mainly I'm wondering why choose something with a smaller sensor when I plan to do a lot of indoors impromptu shooting, and a camera that isn't noted for speed (in liveview, leastways) when many of my subjects are likely to be moving!
Who knows, it may work for me just fine, but in the meantime I'd like to figure out what may be a more versatile option just in case. My budget for a bare-bones rig is under $900. I'm tempted by the Canon T2i since just reading about it today, even the video looks nice (720p @ 60 fps). Takes some pressure off to find a new video-capable camera since I just trashed my ZS7.
