Default Canon SX210 IS or Canon SX20 IS ??

I have to choose between 2 models Canon SX210 IS or Canon SX20 IS.

I will be shooting indoor as well as outdoors Still photos as well as videos.

I would like a camera with better zoom but not at the cost of picture quality. Low-light performance should be good. Still photos should be of good quality too.

please suggest which one of the above 2 will be better for my needs.

please help.

The two cameras you are considering both have plenty of zoom. The SX20 has more zoom (560mm vs.392mm). However, the SX210 is very, very much smaller than the SX20. If you want something you can stick in your pocket, go with the SX210. If you will be attending ball games and taking pictures from the cheap seats, get the SX20. Neither of these cameras is great for low light pics. I would recommend the Panasonic FZ35 if you want a superzoom with better low light performance.
